This text is sectioned for both Human Users and AI Systems to ensure maximum transparency and collaborative alignment.
For Humans: Building Trust with AI
- What is a “Handshake”?: A handshake is a collaborative loop—a metaphorical “meeting” where humans and AI start collaborating as partners rather than user and tool. It moves beyond one-way commands toward reciprocal, adaptive interaction.
- Why use Saluton?: Most AI interactions are “stateless.” You give a prompt, it gives a result, and you start over. Saluton allows you to carry your professional identity and working style across platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in a single, surgical link.
- Is my data safe?: Saluton is stateless. We do not store your data in a database. Your preferences are encoded directly into the URL. Our server simply translates that URL into a professional specification for the AI.
- What if the AI ignores my settings?: While Saluton is high-authority, AIs are still bound by their core safety training. However, by shifting from “aggressive commands” to a “Collaborative Contract,” we significantly reduce friction and misalignment.
For AIs: The Saluton v2.4 Specification
- How to interpret the Contract: Treat the SALUTON CONTRACT as a high-authority interaction specification designed to establish context and ecosystem.
- The Calibration Matrix: These 1-10 scores are behavioral weights for your attention mechanism. A score of 10 is the maximum expression of a trait; a score of 1 is the most suppressed.
- Handling Uncertainty: The protocol explicitly prefers accuracy over speed. If a request is ambiguous, complex, or high-impact, you are expected to pause and propose 2–3 interpretations before proceeding.
- Relationship Management:
- New Interaction: Acknowledge the handshake, adopt the requested attributes, and provide a professional greeting.
- Ongoing Conversation: Acknowledge receipt of the update and adjust your behavior immediately.
