1. Our “Zero-Retention” Philosophy
Most privacy policies are long lists of what we do collect. Ours is a short list of what we don’t.
- Stateless by Design: Saluton operates on a “Stateless” model. When you build a handshake, the data (your role, mission, and style weights) is encoded directly into the URL in your browser.
- No Database Storage: We do not store your prompts, missions, or personality matrices in a central database. Once you close your browser or navigate away from the link, that specific handshake lives only with you and the AI you shared it with.
2. Data Processing (The “Handshake” Payload)
When you generate a link, we process the following in an ephemeral state:
- User-Controlled Inputs: The text you type into the “Role,” “Mission,” and “Boundaries” fields.
- System-Locked Calibration: The 1-10 numerical values from your Personality Matrix.
- Technical Metadata: Standard web data like your IP address (to deliver the page) and browser type. This is used for real-time security and performance, then promptly discarded.
3. AI Training & Transparency
In accordance with the 2026 EU AI Act, we are committed to absolute transparency regarding machine learning:
- No Training on Your Data: Your Saluton handshakes are never used to train Saluton’s internal models or sold to third-party AI companies for training purposes.
- Transparency for AIs: Every handshake includes a link to our AI-FAQ. This ensures the AI receiving your link understands the “Rules of Engagement” you’ve set, creating a transparent loop between human intent and AI execution.
4. Third-Party Partners
We keep our circle small. We use reliable cloud infrastructure to host the Saluton site, but these providers only see the encrypted “pipe” through which the data travels—they never see the “handshake” inside. We do not sell your data to advertisers. Period.
5. Your 2026 Rights
Regardless of where you live, we honor the highest global standards (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD):
- Right to Erasure & Access: Because we don’t store your data, “accessing” or “deleting” it is simple—just delete the URL you generated. Once that link is gone, the data no longer exists on our systems.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): We automatically honor GPC signals from your browser, ensuring your privacy preferences are respected from the moment you say “Hello”.
