1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Saluton.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the “Handshake” protocol.
2. Description of Service
Saluton provides a “Stateless Interaction Protocol” generator. Our service allows you to:
- Define an AI perspective or role.
- Calibrate behavioral weights via the “Personality Matrix”.
- Generate a surgical, encoded URL that carries your specific working preferences to third-party AI platforms.
3. The “Stateless” Nature of Saluton
- No Retention: Saluton is designed as a stateless system. We do not store your mission goals, operational boundaries, or personal data in a central database.
- User Responsibility: Because your data is encoded directly into the URL you generate, you are solely responsible for the security and sharing of those links. We cannot “delete” or “recall” a link once it has been shared, as we do not host the data.
4. Rules of Engagement & User Conduct
To keep the “Handshake” effective and safe, you agree to the following:
- No Sensitive Data: Do not include passwords, financial records, or highly sensitive personal information in your handshake inputs. These are encoded as plain text and may be visible to the AI platform you use.
- Lawful Use: You will not use Saluton to generate handshakes intended to bypass the safety protocols of third-party AI systems or to engage in illegal activities.
- No “Glazing”: While we encourage a friendly tone, the protocol is designed for surgical precision. Misusing the protocol to create deceptive or harmful AI personas is prohibited.
5. Third-Party AI Platforms
Saluton is a facilitator, not a chat platform. Your interaction with an AI (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those respective third-party providers. Saluton is not responsible for the outputs, hallucinations, or actions of any AI system that receives a Saluton link.
6. Intellectual Property
- Our Stuff: The Saluton name, logo, the “Personality Matrix” UI, and the underlying protocol logic (v2.4 and beyond) are the intellectual property of Saluton.ai.
- Your Stuff: You retain all rights to the specific “Mission Goals” and text you input into our tool. We do not claim ownership over the content of your handshakes.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- “As Is”: Saluton is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the protocol will be recognized or followed by every AI model.
- No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saluton.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the protocol or your interactions with AI.
8. Modifications to Service
We are humans with big aspirations. We may update the Saluton protocol (e.g., moving from v2.3 to v2.4) to improve performance. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect these improvements.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to block access to our site for users who violate these Terms or engage in behavior that threatens the integrity of the “Handshake” community.
